OVERVIEW
One of the first things people usually want to know is: "How much does it cost?" We've provided some sample rates for available mortgage insurance plans below to give you a basic idea of what you can expect to pay for mortgage life insurance coverage.

Please understand that this is in no way a comprehensive list of your options and rates but designed to show you what a few popular coverage options for both $100,000 and $250,000 of coverage with full return of premium will cost. It is also designed to show you the strengths of this particular coverage type. While these rates show 30 year plans, there are less expensive plans available for 20, 15, and 10 year periods. Of course those types of coverage would end significantly sooner, so it's wise to decide exactly how long you'd want your coverage to last.

Please note: The age range represented below is between 30 and 50 years of age. Plans are available at other ages (under 30 and over 50 but are not shown.

In certain cases, it might make more sense for you to cover your mortgage with a term life insurance policy that will require a paramedical examination in which you might qualify for lower rates. This is your choice. However, in many cases the plans below offer extremely competitive rates and superior benefits for certain client profiles. After speaking briefly with a licensed insurance representative, and answering some basic questions, we can help advise and guide you in the selection and application process. Keep in mind that there are many options for every budget. We take pride in finding you the most coverage that your budget will afford.
